3. Recipients
Your data is processed solely by WHITE-TEK and is never sold, rented or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes. It may be hosted by our technical provider OVH SAS (servers located in France). No transfer outside the European Union takes place.
4. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures: HTTPS encryption, hosting in France, restricted data access, strong authentication for the administration area, access logging and encrypted backups. As a firm specialising in cybersecurity, protecting our contacts' data is core to our business.
5. Cookies
This website places no advertising, tracking or profiling cookies. Only Google Fonts and the OpenStreetMap map are loaded from external services; these requests may transmit your IP address to their respective providers, without allowing you to be identified on our site.
6. Your rights
Under Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time.
To exercise these rights, write to contact@whitetek.fr. We reply within one month.
If you believe your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
